At Sunshine PC Solutions we took a hard look at what small business
customer need. Many of our customers that have a home based business or run a
small office, can't afford to miss a single day without their computers. So we
came up with and are proud to offer what no one else does, a Loaner PC. With our
contracted plans you will have monthly maintenance (which keeps you ahead of potential
problems) and a loaner PC ready to replace a machine that can't be repaired within
24 hours. The loaner PC Program is for customers that
have a Contracted service plan with us. There are three types of contracts with
3 levels of service. The 3 month, the 6 month, and the Annual Plan. These plans
come in Bronze, Silver and Gold levels. (Shown below) Loaner
PC program is for windows based systems only. The Loaner PC will be built to comparable
specs of the most powerful unit owned at the beginning of the contract and will
be immediately available in case of emergency. Customer software and data will
be loaded on the machine at the time of integration into the office. Data on unit
will be destroyed after original unit is repaired. Customer will be liable for
any damages to loaner unit outside of normal operation. The
benefits of contracted plans are priority status on all aspects of service locked
in price rates and The loaner PC Program. You can feel comfortable
knowing that your business is safe with an expert to depend on and a backup computer
