1. What is KUA Wi-Fi? KUA Wi-Fi is a municipal high speed or Wi-Fi Network, provided by Kissimmee Utility Authority as a FREE/low cost public service to residents, businesses and visitors within its service area.

2. Where in Kissimmee is KUA Wi-Fi service currently available? KUA Wi-Fi covers a select two square mile area with the rest of the city on coming soon. Call Sunshine PC Solutions for more details.

3. If I do not live within the city limits of Kissimmee will I be able to use the KUA Wi-Fi service? KUA Wi-Fi is provided and paid for by KUA, the City of Kissimmee and Toho Water Authority, so the service is not designed to cover beyond the city limits. If you do not live within the city but are close by, you may be able to get a signal at your home. We recommend a “Site Survey” to determine if KUA Wi-Fi is right for you.

4. What do I need to access KUA Wi-Fi? You will need one of the following devices:
• A Wi-Fi enabled computer
• A Wi-Fi enabled handheld device
• A Wi-Fi enabled phone

We also recommend a "Site Survey". One of our Wi-Fi technicians will come to your home or office and perform a spectrum analysis to determine your wireless environment. We will interview you, inspect your equipment, and then recommend the perfect solution. We will prepare and deliver a quote for you on the spot.
